Regular Membership
Regular members are individuals who hold, have held, or aspire to hold an administrative,
managerial, or supervisory position in the clinical
laboratory or whose administrative
responsibilities include diagnostic services. Also eligible are those who are engaged in
educating laboratory or clinical services personnel or who hold managerial positions
in an industry that serves CLMA members.
Regular Member Annual Dues
Inside North America $195 / Outside North America $200

Associate Membership
Student
Full- and part-time students enrolled in an accredited undergraduate or post-graduate degree or
certificate program related to a career in clinical laboratory management, health-care
administration, or other management careers related to health-care. Maximum term of eligibility for
this class of membership is five years.
Pathology Resident
Residents enrolled in an accredited pathology residency program.
Maximum term of eligibility for this class of membership is five years.
Retired CLMA Member
Any regular voting member who has retired and who has been a CLMA member for a minimum of two years.
Associate Member Annual dues: $75
Associate Members do not receive Clinical Leadership & Management Review and are non-voting members.
If you apply as an Associate Member, CLMA will contact you to verify your eligibility.

Lifetime Membership
Lifetime membership is an easy way to support CLMA without ever having to renew your membership.
Current members or new members may become lifetime members. Lifetime members receive all the
valuable CLMA regular membership benefits plus the recognition of being a CLMA lifetime member.
CLMA will also waive all chapter dues.
Who Qualifies - Anyone working in the clinical laboratory industry is eligible to join as a lifetime member.
Lifetime Membership Dues - Dues for this category are a one-time payment of $2,500.
The membership is non-transferable.

Corporate Membership
Whether you’re a hospital, laboratory or industry partner, CLMA has a value-based corporate
package designed to grow your people, provide access to the industry and drive favorable legislation.
Hospitals and laboratories receive valuable benefits such as: five regular memberships for their
employees, two registrations for ThinkLab CLMA’s Annual Meeting and Exposition, five audioLab
webinar registrations, a complimentary 10X10 booth at ThinkLab, and a recognition plaque for
their office recognizing their support for CLMA.
Industry partners receive similar benefits: five regular memberships for staff, two complimentary
CLMA mailing list rentals, one sponsorship banner ad on the CLMA web site, a complimentary 10X10
booth at ThinkLab, and a recognition plaque for the office recognizing their support of CLMA and
showing their clients that the company supports the clinical laboratory profession.
Who Qualifies
Any hospital, facility or industry partner interested in supporting CLMA and the clinical laboratory profession.
Corporate Dues
Dues for each corporate category are $5,000 annually. Chapter dues are waived for the regular
memberships assigned to the company. This is a corporate membership and the individual
regular memberships are non-transferable.

Bundled Membership
The new Bundled Membership enables hospitals, laboratories and other facilities access to
all that CLMA has to offer at a lower per person cost. Your facility can join CLMA and assign
three full regular memberships (one member must be new) to you and your staff at a significantly
lower dues rate. This empowers your staff to utilize CLMA membership benefits to help them grow
professionally and that benefits your facility and bottom line.
Who Qualifies
This membership includes three full, regular CLMA memberships with full benefits. The membership
resides with the facility so if one of the members leaves, the membership stays with the facility
and can be re-assigned. One of the memberships must be assigned to an individual who has not been
a member of CLMA within the past three years.
Bundled Membership Dues
Dues for this category are $450 plus any chapter dues.

Future Leaders
The Future Leaders membership is aimed at clinical laboratory professionals in the early stages of
their career who are not yet in a management or supervisory position. The new Future Leaders category
offers access to all CLMA membership benefits including career links, networking forums, information
databases, professional development discounts, Education-On-Demand and more at a dues rate that fits
a future leaders’ budget. Chapter dues, if any, are additional.
Who Qualifies
Any individuals working in a clinical laboratory who have never been a member of CLMA and are not
yet in a supervisory or management role qualify. This membership is limited to a total of three
years, after which the member will be invoiced at the current regular membership rate.
Future Leaders Dues
Dues for this category are $75 plus any chapter dues.

Trial Membership – Free for 60 days
CLMA offers a 60-day free trial membership that allows industry professionals the
opportunity to experience CLMA’s online features.
